Overview

Property Sharemarket Economics (PSE), styled Property Share Market Economics, is a commercial subscription investment-research service co-run by Phillip J. Anderson and Akhil Patel, built around the 18-year land cycle.[1] It grew out of Anderson's Economic Indicator Services, founded in 1991, and today publishes newsletters, market commentary, and a proprietary "Property Cycle clock" for subscribers seeking to time real estate, equity, and commodity markets against the cycle.[1] The service's own marketing describes "almost five decades' experience in cycles analysis" and a track record of "calling all of the main turns in the markets and the economy," including naming the 2007 market top years in advance — claims made by the service itself rather than an independently audited record.[1]

PSE is the modern practitioner/forecasting arm of the Georgist land-cycle tradition this wiki traces from Homer Hoyt through Fred Harrison to Anderson and Patel — the point where that lineage becomes a commercial product rather than a policy argument.
