Ed. Notes: Just a reminder that what you’re paying for is not land as dirt (the island) but land as location (where sits a London flat). And until we geonomize, who you’re paying is the wrong person. Owners don’t create land or its value; nobody by themselves does that. It’s the presence of society who creates the value of sites.
