What Geoism Means

Here are some plain principles of geoism. See if you like them.

• Abolish all corporate welfare; end all taxpayer-funded subsidies to corporations. This includes ending bailouts for the International Monetary Fund.

• Shift taxes away from human initiative, effort and productivity -- instead, draw revenue from monopolies, government-granted special privileges, pollution and natural resource depletion.

• Expand and extend democracy in our system of voting and in our system of juries.

• Support true freedom, not special advantage. NAFTA is not free trade, it is favored trade. MAI is not free capital, it is favored capital. WTO is not free trade, it is special privileges for a corporate elite.
