places. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, the gateway is worldwide in
scope. Search capabilities, too.

Network guides you to lots of journal abstracts and other goodies.

Sooner or later, you will become familiar with the Brookings
Institution. So many important thinkers have been fellows there, so many
important papers have been written there, that the Brookings is almost
certain to be a useful resource to you no matter what your specialty. The
web site includes information on their library, archives, and links to
other sites.
