We are fans of the Carfree Times, a good source of information and resources. It's breezy, it's newsy, and you should look at it. We have just two bones to pick. First, this new issue is called the "Fall 1999" issue, although it is neither Fall nor 1999. They can call it that if they want to, but I think more people would actually see their worthwhile material if they called it something like "January/February 2000." Our second bone to pick -- they list April 22 as Earth Day. That is actually just Corporate Earth Day for big advertisers. The real Earth Day for the World's People comes on March 20.
